Return & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jack & Friends! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.


We will notify you when we have received your returned item as well as the status of your refund after the item is inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price less any merchant processing fees incurred by Jack & Friends from the original order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Jack & Friends is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or undelivered product, product that has been left out for extended periods of time, or shipping carrier delays. Additionally, Jack & Friends is not responsible for shipping based on incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please check that your address is correct before submitting your order. If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may contact us to reship your order to the correct address after Jack & Friends collects an additional shipping fee.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For international (outside of the U.S.) shipments, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Jack & Friends cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. All prices shown on the Jack & Friends website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, we recommend referring to a currency converter. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
